These terms explain how the Mapa Health website and coordination services may be used. They are written for patients, relatives, companions, website visitors and other people who contact us about medical tourism planning in Turkey. A specific written offer, clinic consent form, hospital document or signed agreement may add details for a particular case.

Our coordination role
We help users understand treatment options, request preliminary feedback from suitable partner facilities, compare written plans, arrange appointments and coordinate support services such as transfers, accommodation, translation and follow-up communication when requested. We do not operate as a hospital, clinic, airline, hotel, transfer company or insurer.
No emergency service
This website and our communication channels are not emergency medical services. If you have urgent symptoms, severe pain, bleeding, breathing problems, chest pain, neurological symptoms or any situation that may require immediate care, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest appropriate medical facility.
Website information is not medical advice
Content on the website is for general planning and educational comparison. It does not replace examination, diagnosis, informed consent or advice from a licensed physician. Suitability, technique, timing, medication changes, risks, alternatives and aftercare must be confirmed by the treating professional or facility after reviewing your individual file.
Inquiries and preliminary assessment
When you submit a form, send photos, share medical records or speak with our team, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are allowed to share it. Preliminary comments, price ranges or package examples are not a final diagnosis, treatment acceptance or binding offer unless confirmed in writing by the relevant provider.
Quotes, inclusions and prices
Prices on the website are indicative and may change because of medical findings, chosen technique, implant or material brand, anesthesia, length of stay, tests, currency movements, provider updates or package scope. A reliable offer should state what is included, what is excluded, payment timing, revision policy if any, aftercare route and the provider responsible for each part.
Booking, deposits, cancellation and changes
Booking conditions, deposits, refunds, postponements, cancellation deadlines and change fees must be read in the written offer or provider document before payment. Different clinics, hotels, airlines and transfer providers may apply different rules. Do not book flights or non-refundable travel until you understand the written medical and logistical conditions.
Partner facilities and third party providers
Medical treatment is provided by licensed partner hospitals, clinics, physicians or dentists, not by the website itself. Hotels, airlines, laboratories, interpreters, transfer companies, payment processors and other providers may have their own terms. Each provider is responsible for the service it delivers, subject to applicable law and the written terms accepted by the user.
Patient responsibilities
You are responsible for giving complete information about medical history, medication, allergies, previous procedures, pregnancy, smoking, alcohol, relevant test results and travel constraints. You should ask questions before booking, read consent documents, follow pre-operative and post-operative instructions, attend scheduled checks and seek local care if warning signs appear after travel.
Travel documents, insurance and local care
You are responsible for passport validity, visa requirements, travel insurance, companion arrangements, local transport outside the agreed plan and any home-country medical follow-up. We strongly recommend travel and health insurance suitable for planned medical travel, because ordinary policies may exclude elective treatment, complications, extensions or cancellations.
Communication, language and records
We may communicate by phone, email, WhatsApp, forms and other channels you choose. Translations and summaries are provided to support planning, but clinical documents, consent forms and provider instructions should be reviewed carefully. Keep copies of your offer, consent form, payment proof, test results, implant or material details, discharge note and aftercare instructions.
Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website for lawful personal information and service inquiries. You must not misuse forms, submit spam, attempt unauthorized access, copy site content for competing commercial use, interfere with security or send unlawful material. Text, design elements, graphics, structure and brand assets belong to Mapa Health or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Mapa Health is responsible for its own coordination duties and not for independent medical decisions, third party clinical performance, airline operations, hotel services, force majeure, inaccurate information supplied by the user or changes requested after booking. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data, health information and website cookies are handled according to our data protection and cookie pages. Because medical tourism coordination may require sharing information with partner facilities and support providers, please read the relevant privacy notice before sending sensitive information.
